About Andrea Vlores
Andrea is responsible for the on-boarding and educational support for all Health Care Professionals in Primary’s medical centres in QLD. As part of her role as an education support officer, Andrea provides training on clinical software as well as support for practitioners to meet their individual and group learning requirements. She is an RACGP accredited activity provider and an online learning developer, creating the online learning modules for the Primary Health Care Institute (PHCI) in partnership with Dr Shirley Fung.
Andrea, like the other education support officers at Primary, also provide a liaison role to all health care practitioners. From providing in-person support on their first day at a new centre, to completing paper work related to training requirements, to ongoing software support and many other queries, Andrea will be happy to assist the practitioners.
In addition to this role, Andrea is also the administrator for Primary’s online learning management system, Learn 360 and the PHCI website.
Prior to her time at Primary, Andrea has worked in a Central Specimen Reception role and as a practice manager for five years. She completed her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment in 2015.
